Issue 2 of the Elesti historical fantasy adventure series deals with truth and illusion, and how to reason the difference between the two. It delves fairly deeply into mechanisms that keep us trapped in our own thought forms and stresses the importance and value of good friendship.

The story

Avra and Leon travel to the bottom of the ocean, emerge into the world of pure mind and eventually end up in the world of illusion, to help their newfound goddess friend Elesti escape Poseidon's most dangerous trap: Maya.

The story

Mentor transports Avra and Leon to the bottom of the ocean, where they discover that their newfound goddess friend Elesti has fallen into some kind of trap. Unable to help their friend at first, the children emerge into the world of pure mind, where they meet seven-year old Plato.

Plato helps them understand how they can help their friend Elesti escape Poseidon's most dangerous trap, Maya, the world of illusion. In this world everyone, even gods and goddesses run the risk of becoming prisoners of their own desires forever.

As the two children proceed to rescue Elesti, they must confront their own daemons and desires, come face-to-face with mythical and imaginary creatures and avoid getting trapped in the world of illusion themselves!

"Poseidon's Trap" is past the pre-press stage and is ready for printing.
